Do I need planning permission to changed from flat to pitched roof?

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.36 PM

I have just purchased a property and we have just realised the bay window leaks. The window is at the side of the property and cannot be seen by any public roads. Will I need to get planning permission to change from a flat roof to a pitched roof?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Unlikely, but a call to your local authority's planning office should resolve this.
