Towel rail not heating and the pipe connected to it is cold as well.

Hi, I just installed a new towel radiator in my bathroom downstairs but the radiator isn’t heating . I couldn’t even feel the pipe connected to the radiator hot. I tried to bleed but didn’t work I checked the pressure on my combi boiler as well it was good. All the radiators are working except for that one.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Have your check that the trv is fully open and the lock shield is too ? If they are maybe need to balance your radiators out. Hope my information helps

Try shutting off all of your other radiators so that only the towel radiator has water flowing through it. If this works, then you need to balance your heating system. If it has no effect it is probably an airlock in the system. If you need help with either of these things, then I recommend calling a professional.
