Any idea how to stop water pouring down the wall?

We have recently had some guttering work completed but now it has rained over the last few days water is pouring down the wall. It is difficult to explain without adding a picture but there is a straight run and in the corner a soil pipe, on the roof there is a small pitch which drains down the roof from the end of gulley and then into the main gutter run, something is definitely wrong as the water seems to be trapping and running down the wall, there is a good fall on the gutter but where it is situated it is impossible to get a downpipe in, any advice please?

It could be blocked or may have too much fall causing over flow and breaching the outlet down the back of the gutter and down the wall. I would suggest the option of a hopper to take large amounts of water when a down pipe is offset

In my opinion the problem could be if new fascia boards have been installed over origunal wooden fascia this brings the gutters to far away from roof tiles or slates making water run behind instead of in gutter.other than this maybe install an extra downpipe

Most likely you’ve got a blocked downpipe or outlet which isn’t letting the rainwater pass through, easy fix, get someone out to save any damage getting done to your home

It sounds like the guttering isn’t running correctly and you may need some drip trays put in behind the gutter if it is running down the wall
