Hi one of my bedroom walls backs onto my upstairs neighbours stairwell. I cannot put any furniture against this wall as the wall ends up wet with mould and the furniture also. What would be the best treatment to allow me to put stuff against this wall.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Why is it damp in the first place? Do your roofs join above that wall? You need to tackle the ingress, sealing the wall will cause it to saturate and crumble.
