Repair to the flashing on vertical tiles

Hi, I have vertical tiles in between the downstairs and upstairs bay windows (external) and the black flashing at the top is old and unsightly. I would like it repaired or replaced but I have no idea what tradesman would do this? Is it a roofer? Tiler? Many thanks

A roofer would be more practical, and knowledgeable to deal with that situation.

A roofer is the trade you want or a good quality builder who knows what their doing and doesn’t just give it the talk
