Are you the right people to ask for plasterboard boxing?

We need some plasterboard boxing around our gas boiler flue made good after our new boiler installation.
I say made-good, but it's more than just patching up a hole. To accommodate our new flue (with a steeper drop than our old one), we need the entire bottom panel of the boxing lowered and the side panel extended slightly. Here's a pic: https://we.tl/t-QJPwwhOb8O
Are you - handymen - the best people to ask to help with this job?
Looking at the other plasterboard in our new build flat, it doesn't look like any of it has ever been skimmed, so instinctively it doesn't feel like a job for a plasterer, but I could be wrong!
Any advice would be awesome!
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
boxing in of flues is a special job make sure you use the right plaster board for the job and fire regs must be followed.
don't just clagg any old thing on, be careful.

Not the best idea to house central heating boilers in plasterboard, there are of course heatproof versions available on the market, but I have personally much experience in building entire boiler encasements (cupboards) complete with door(s) and appropriate allowance for heat & ventilation. I take projects such as this in the light of professional carpentry & joinery experience coupled with a working knowledge of all the accepted safety aspects.

As already stated the correct matirials must be used and mist handy men dont know the regulations around this. If you can fined a property maintenance tech they more than likely have the knowledge and qualifications to boot. I am such a person and detest the handyman name as most put the sade down with inadequate work
