Toilet in basement?

Hi everyone I was looking at installing an ensuite in my basement but obviously I cant rely on gravity to get the waste out. There are waste pipes in place already but they are running just above the floor level...could a rear flush toilet work? Pic here... https://tinyurl.com/y462a576
