Gaps in loft brickwork between our house and neighbours
Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.33 PM
There's a few small gaps in between where the brickwork ends and the roofing begins on the party wall in our attic. What fireproof material would be best to use to block these up?

Ablative Coated Batt and ablative liquid sealant.
I believe you have to be licensed and registered to install.

Ablative coated batt would do the job as well as fire proof board if you thinking to do whole section of your party wall. Repairs to mortar with sand cement mix or using a fire rated expanding foam (to those joints only) should do the job also.
