Can I T of a pumped line

Hi guys I am putting a down stairs toilet and basin in, there is a hot and cold water pipe straight above where the basin is going To be situated which comes from the upstairs shower which is pumped line and wondering if I can T of this? I’m guessing every-time some uses the tap it will turn the pump on

yes you can ,but it means the basin and wc will be pumped, not unheard of some houses have whole house pumped system.

Yes you can but any one runs the taps that means pump will kick of, if you do so don’t add the pipe which will feed the WC AS YOU don’t need to waste anergy to fill the cistern saying that gravity is good Enough to fill cistern. Also remember when upstairs outlets used and same time downstairs one of the are will get less pressure.
