clearing, Levelling (currently 2 tiers) and resurfacing 2 gardens

Need front garden, currently 2 tiers with concrete and gravel and back yard, concrete and grass... Cleared of debris,grass etc, levelled to give suitable disabled access, surfaced using concrete,resin or similar, all rubbish removed.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

This is relativity easy, retaining wall required, clear area, lay hardcore try and reuse what has been cleared if possible, concrete wise, to save customer money lay concrete, to allow wheelchair access in all areas.

Sounds like the new resin driveway would be a good option. It lets water permeate through, so you dont get pooling and flooding. As it is laid on a tarmac underlay, it gives better strength then blockpaving. Blockpaving tends to drop in patches over time. You can build a slope into the driveway to accomodate wheelchair access. You an resin the back yard as well.
