Combi boiler losing pressure - tenants in rented property
Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.36 PM
We are in rented property and have noticed over the past year the combi boiler loses pressure (below 1), which our landlord didn't seem concerned about. Recently over the past few months we've had to occasionally top it up using the valve, once every few weeks. However last week it needed topping up every other day and this week almost twice a day (to the pressure of 2). It's coupled with the cooler weather. Is there anything we can do to check and eliminate problems before going to the landlord? Radiators and hot water work fine when the pressure is in the green. Radiators do not need bleeding - we've checked that. Can we for example test each radiator / hot tap at a time to see if it's in the pipes or leave it all to the landlord.
