Fitting a plug to a hardwired radiator
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.15 PM
I've got 4 sockets under my stairs that supply my phone, router and a receiver thing for my solar panels, behind the wall is a toilet with no heating and no pipework to plumb a radiator into the gas supply. I have bought an electric towel rad and it states that it needs to be hardwired in. How much of an idiot would I be if I ran a cable through and attached with a plug? (Sort of think I already know the answer to this) Alternatively can I run a cable through to the toilet and install a fuse and spur?
