Cracks near the manhole, anything to be worried about ?

Hi, We are in the process of purchasing a new house. When we went to have a look at it again we noticed there were cracks on the concrete leading and near to the manhole. I’m not sure this is something to b worried about but would like some advice.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

There are things you can do get some new patch to repair then pig ment to colour nothing to worry about

Probably nothing to worry about it’s just we’re the driveway is old

If the manhole cover to the main sewage pipes and drains they could get larger and the ground could cave in any time. It needs to be fixes

It may need investigating to make sure there isn’t any further issues with the ground moving, possibly causing a collapse of the surface, and then it can be dealt with from there
