Is "Arbiton Comfort Laminate & Wood Flooring Underlay" suitable for underfloor heating?
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.14 PM
Hi, Is the Arbiton Comfort Laminate & Wood Flooring Underlay 10.8m2 suitable for rooms with underfloor heating? If so, would its high thermal insulation not block the heat from the system coming into the room? https://www.wickes.co.uk/Arbiton-Comfort-Laminate+Wood-Flooring-Underlay-10-8m2/p/122717# Thanks!

Arbiton do make underlay for heated floors, you would have to check the specs first

What kind of underfloor heating you going to use.
If it's electric you can use what ever underlay you want as it goes on top. But do not use the cheap roll out stuff. Get the sheets
If it's the water pipe system use whatever you want to use as long as you follow the proper Installation instructions
