The permitted development works in theory do not need to be included within the application they just need a lawful development certificate when finished, this will help when selling and also show the works done has lawfully been done under permitted development. Loft conversion will require the planning permission before work commences,,, All works above can be submitted under one application ..

Hi, You should apply for 2 certificate of lawfulness, one for the loft conversion and one for the rear extension. Or you can do it under 1 householder planning application. The best would be to contact your local planning authority, as the response might vary from council to council. All the best in your project Veronique Castel-Branco
