Cure it GRP fibreglass manufacturer’s of the leading brand in GRP in the U.K. have an official YouTube channel, trouble shooting all problems including this one and how to best fix them. I’d advise watching all there master class videos, they go into great length and detail each being 30/45minutes long, and will be able to assist you with working examples etc. Bubbling, cracking and resin that is soft boils down to poor workmanship though and it can be fixed providing you act fast and done let the deck get soaked. This should not happen if a good fibreglass roofer did the initial job... Sounds like the mat was not consolidated and under catalysted or there was a spillage of catalyst on the deck prior to installation. Simple remedy - cut out and sand down problem area and re-mat the deck, then topcoat - job done. Cure It - overpriced - would not recommend! Read their warranty info! Drew @ FIbretechs

The roof needs sanding back to a firm base al soft areas removed and a fresh laminate reapplied, all delaminations removed, main cause damp boards on installation or contaminated boards

Bubble is caused by the fibreglass lifting of the board due to damp this can be caused due to poor craftsmanship allowing pin holing in the fibreglass I would recommend stripping the old roof put new boards on it and glassing it once more
