Mysterious leak

Mysterious leak in handheld bidet shower. Without the shower head the hose doesn't leak. The shower head does not leak with attached to another hose. I've tried 2 different shower heads with the bidet hose and it leaks when the head is attached. The washer has been changed but it still leaks. Does it sound familiar to anyone?

where the nut and washer goes could be a crack or near the nut connection under the metal the rubber hose has a small split

If i'm understanding this right, The shower head leaks when attached to hose ? If so, The Thread on the shower head is too short & needs another black rubber washer (2 rubber washers)
