Fixing plasterboard to block concrete ceiling

I have a storage cupboard where an old boiler flue use to extend to the roof. I want to close the hole in the ceiling of the cupboard with some plasterboard. The ceiling is block concrete construction, what is the best way to attach the plasterboard to the ceiling

Best and most practical solution is to glue on to concrete as there are various good glue products available from builders merchants

Use the dot & dab method with the best quality plasterboard adhesive you can afford.

The most space saving answer is to use plasterboard adhesive known as dot and dab. This can be used with insulated plasterboard also.
