Bathroom Extractor Fans

What are the current building regulations for a new bathroom extractor fan, does it have to be a certain height from the floor as we have an apex roof so the walls are quite low? Does it have to be a certain distance from the toilet, basin or bath?

Higher the better but not essential. In terms of distance to bath etc you must ensure it’s suitability. Look up part p for bathroom zones online it will tell you what you need to know. This is notifiable work however so will need to be done by a registered electrician so let him advise
