boiler fumes going into my shelter out the pip into the air

i got shelter outside my back door into my garden , covered with corrugated sheets..the corgi registered before he done the service has shut down my boiler ,he said , you have to take the shelter down . but the fumes going through the corrugated sheet into the air. what do i do . please help..."

The CORGI guy won't sign off the boiler as it does not comply with Building Regs. The boiler fumes must go straight to open air through a vent. You can either take the corrugated roof down or put a flue extension through it.
