Roof above bay window warped: gutters spill over as now lower than downspout.

I have a 1950's semi det with bay windows. The roof comes down on top of the front bedroom bay window and juts out about 1.5 feet at the sides. Here the structure appears to have slightly warped downwards, which causes the gutters to fill up and spill over as they are now just lower than the down-pipe. The increased water is destroying the brickwork and causing damp below. I've asked two roofers about it but neither were able to help. Can anyone here suggest anything?

yes i agree i would probably lower the down pipe or reset full gutter

lower the downpipe and realign the gutters 1 or 2 inches should do, I can,t see the problem unless its down to cost!!
