Trust of a Tradesperson

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.52 PM

Builders/Landscapers how does the customer know they can trust you to take on the job required and be consistent until the job is completed. Also to complete a first class job in line with the customers requirements and wishes.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Simple, ask to speak to previous customers, both recent and from a while ago to see if there have been any issues later down the line. That's how I operate if anyone asks.
