You need a qualified gas engineer that has the correct element on their gas card to install cookers. (Elements being different appliances they can work on) cookers is CKR1 youll find these on the back of ones gas safe card. Many engineers undergo different pathways when they become gas safe, some have the full set of elements and some just have boilers etc. You now have to wait a set period of time before you can add different elements onto your card.
I hope this helps

You will need a gas safe registered engineer.
Once connected the installation will have to be tested for leaks and that all safety devices are working.
The cooker will also be installed according to regulations.
