Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.35 PM
Hi, I'm not sure what it is called, wood is at the base of window inside bathroom, it was painted white. Over last two years paint has come off and can see parts of wood. I don't know anything about paints, what paint should I use for small area inside bathroom. Thank you.

You mean window sill.
Use oil based paints
First undercoat and then finishing coats

This wood needs sanding and maybe filling so becomes smooth, then apply a primer undercoat and top coat of your choice , use quality products- trade paints . Mostly check that there’s no water : weather that’s effecting the area
