How many bags of cement and ballast for 60 foot by 10 foot path around 3 inches depth

4.8 cube of concrete would be needed you would be better getting spot mixer much quicker and cheaper to do

I would get a ready mix in for the pour, or mix as you go , calculated 60 foot by 10 foot by 3 inch comes to 4.25 cubic meters. so on the safe side 4.5 cubic meter would be ample.
