waste drain demolished need new one

have viewed a house for sale - the owner has told me that there was a down stairs toilet but due to a ferret getting trapped in the drain the drain was demolished and filled in. What would be the cost of putting a new waste drain for a toilet back in ? The downstairs toilet was off the kitchen (outhouse extension) back of the house. The main bathroom is upstairs at the front of the house

It’s quite difficult to put a price on a job based on explaining what the job is, to be honest it’s best for the job to be physically assessed before a Set price/estimate can be set for your intended job
