My neighbour is complaining about leaks water leaking from my flat

I live in private rented flat converted in two flats there is a indian take away below me for the past two years they been complaining about water leaking from my flat I dont see any problem with my flat I dont know where the water leaking from I have contacted landlord housing council department anglian water and environmental health team about repairs and water leaking I've lived here 5 years and every time it rains snow ice bad weather water leaks. I also spoke to the Indian take away staff very politely said I'm doing everything I can to stop the leaks but yet had more complaints tonight on 27th August 2020 8pm they are always knocking on my door complaining. It's a oldish building I'm supposed to have landlord come out and sort out the pipes leaks drains guttering see where the leaks are coming from. There is a indian take away below me I dont know what else to do about water leaking I dont really see it as my problem I'm a paying private tenant I have told my landlord about the leaking water coming in from somewhere they are surrounding buildings converted together and garage right near me they are near the Indian take away to. Its causing me great deal of distress and anxiety
