Ballpark figure for building an attic partition wall

I am in the process of purchasing a terraced house, which does not have any partitions in the attic creating access along the row of houses. I want to have a partition wall built and hoped to get a ballpark figure of how much this might cost? I believe there is a half height wall already, and it’s only on one side? Any help would be appreciated.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You cant give a figure for this without seeing the job. It needs a non combusti le wall
Ie masonry and access is all important
Not an easy job and time consuming. Also nerf a work platform to protect existing ceiling.

If it’s a party wall meaning it’s a wall between houses it need to be double sheeted with plaster board for fire barrier so all in your talking 850 ish
