Tonne bags generally aren’t a full Tonne.
So I would go for 12 tonnes, and 60 bags of cement.

Being a single skin brickwork I would add a little more cement. I would make a mix of 3 quarter of bag 25kg cement to 13 full shovels of sand. And you should get 10 full 140 bell mixers to a ton of building sand. And you should lay at list 90 to 100 bricks to a mix.

60 bricks per square metre of single skin. So 11,000 divided by 60 equals, 183 square metres of wall.
For 183 square metres of brickwork, you require 10 tonnes sand and 2.84 tonnes of cement.
Don't forget the plasticiser!
Cheers,
Adam
