TO PAUL CATON GAS SERVICES Thanks for your speedy response. Where do I send jiffy bag to for heavy duty electrode? Once I receive it I will place request for it to be installed in place of old one (hopefully not too expensive to replace) Thanks again. Eileen

the electrodes are a common fault on this boiler ,the electrodes have since been replaced with more heavy duty ones ,i rang the baxi rep for 10 sets and he gave them me free of charge ,if you send me a jiffy bag i will send you a set return of post then it up to you want you do about it
