No water at all from my kitchen tap and a trickle from my bathroom

I'm really struggling with my hot water currently. My landlord has been around to get the air out the system but it seems to spit sometimes still from the hot tap in the bathroom and gives a trickle. The kitchen hot tap doesent work any more at all. All cold water is fine though.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi Lulu. Is your landlord a professional plumber? If not, may I suggest they get one in to solve this problem. Your landlord has a duty of care which you pay rent for... try asking Trading Standards for legal advise. Good luck, Bob.

Since your Landlord has been around, have you explained to him that the same problem is still present?
Maybe he will return,knowing that the problem hasn’t been resolved.
Air locks are very easy to remove which involves using the mains to force through the trapped air in the hot water pipework but it can cause additional problems which could cost your landlord more as a result of doing the work himself.
