Front garden fence ownership
Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.32 PM
I live in a semi-detached house. Looking at the HM Land Registry plan, I can see T-marks for the back garden, however, there's no T-mark for the front garden. How do I know if it's me or my neighbour owns the middle fence in the front garden?

I think as there is nothing on the deeds then it could be a shared fence and you are both responsible for it boundaries are a very difficult thing to prove you may have too involve solicitors which is expensive I think the best and easiest way is to come to a mutual agreement with your neighbour
