Tool to remove my T30 Thermostatic Filter from my Hansgrohe Shower

Hi - I have a new thermostatic shower filter from Hansgrohe and they sent instructions, but it requires a 'tool' to remove the old one and then to tighten the new one. Sorry if that sounds vague.

no you are right you need their tool to remove and refit you used to be able to buy one from them.
