Washing machine drains dirt water into kitchen sink?

Recently have noticed my washing machine, seems to empty out the dirt water into the kitchen sink; beside it. Have been doing a lot more laundry than usual, so don't know if its due to the increased frequency. But once the washing is close to finish, all the water just clogs up the kitchen sink and takes a while to drain. Have been using drain blaster/plunger to drain it out quicker, but what could be the reason for water draining into kitchen sink? If so how to fix it? Please advice.

sounds like you have a blockage in the pipe or trap from the use of the washing machine. you could remove thr trap and clean it out, then check the pipework while your there. if not call a plumber in, who will be able to clear this or replace pipework as needed.
