Who do i need to replace chipboard flooring

Have Chipboard flooring running throughout that has quite literally been cut into Swiss cheese by a plumber to fit pipes across the house. A lot of it needs to be ripped out and replaced to be honest and i suspect it would be a big job. who do i call out to do such a task? floor fitter? builder?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You need a carpenter to remove floor and relay a chipboard tongue and groove floor

I am actually a floorer myself,and have done this many times,you have a couple options,floorboards or structural graded chipboard tongue and groove. To he honest chipboard does work out cheaper.

If the chipboard has been chopped up it might be that the floor joists have been notched too. This requires someone with the skills to cut noggings to pick up the free ends of the replacement flooring and install some strengthening to the joists. A competent carpenter should suffice. Don't forget to screw down the new floorboards to give the flooring more support & to stop the floors squeaking when you finally have them all back together.
