Gaps between tiled conservatory floor and skirting are getting bigger

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.11 PM

Have had a uPVC conservatory for around 10 years. Recently noticed some gaps between tiled floor and skirting where previously there has been sealant. The gaps are betting bigger as if the floor has sunk/is sinking. Is this normal? What can be done? Also noticed gaps In the edges by windows and various other places which may well be poor workmanship from installation. How can that be rectified? We are now getting bugs, spiders, ants etc coming in. We have stopped using it. Such a waste. Advice And help welcome!
