Paint over cream wallpaper

Hi I have cream wallpaper across bedroom, stairs and landing that I wish to paint over. Was thinking of buying Leyland retail paint but was put off by the review. What paint should I use that gives good coverage Thanks

Hi, I would use Dulux trade Matt emulsion

Hi First of all I would have to ask what type of wallpaper it is and what the condition of the paper ie , joins , but I personally wouldn’t paint over it , I would strip it . Hope that helps you Regards Gareth

Hi I would go and bye a white emulsion to cover over the cream . That will give u a base for what ever colour you like to put on your walls.
