What's the internal height of a Garden room with flat roof

I'm planning to buy a garden room mainly for treadmill running but worried the height of the room will be small for me as I'm 1.8m tall knowing that the maximum external height is 2.5m. I don't have any plan to move it 2m away from the boundary so what internal height can I get?

On all these occasions you should check with local authority 1st to see the height they allow if there is no restriction I recommend to have a 2.4 ceiling height for comfortability

The answer you already have referring you to the planning portal is good and it will also tell you if you actually need planning. If you are in a conservation area you do normally need planning.
As you have 2.5 m height allow 150 mm for roof construction as a maximum and that will leave you2.35 m headroom.
