Man hole work for new toilet in garage

Which tradesperson do I need to hire to sort out the entire plumbing work for a toilet and basin in my garage. Who digs and connects up the waste pipe etc? I’d like to pay someone to just do everything for me, as I don’t understand enough to do it on my own. Thanks in advance :)

Ground worker & plumber grounder worker does everything below ground and plumber does it above ground
