when the work can be started? The old worktop is broken near the boiler pipes and can damage the boiler pipes if it falls on them.

There are 2 options.
(Option 1) install new worktop which may mean replacing all worktops depending on whether your existing worktop is discontinued, which is more costly.
(option 2) remove old worktop and cut a larger hole around pipes therefore there will be no loose debris, when installing the old worktop back, you can box in pipes and finish to the splash back detail required, the second option may be cheaper than replacing all worktops.

Well to start I’m really not sure I understand the “question” as worktops cannot really fall onto boiler pipes , so as I understand it just ease or enlarge the existing holes which are currently around the boiler pipes then have them boxed in & then you can either paint or tile to match on the new boxing in, this is a much better finish anyway.

Not quite sure of the question ! Is the worktop broken ? Or just damaged around the pipe work ? If the W/T is broken a new one would be ideal if it's damaged box in around the pipe work
