Which tradesman do we need for a slow leak in kitchen ceiling from internal balcony drainage above?

I'm unsure if I need a plumber, roofing, handyman or if this is counted as a "facias, soffits & guttering"? A picture would really help this description but - Our kitchen juts out from the our mid terrace with a small balcony above it that we own/have access too. The balcony has weather drainage that appears to flow through the concrete balcony wall and onto the kitchen side wall into a standard plastic drainage pipe. Where the rain water exits from the wall into the drainage pipe is about the same place internally on ceiling where the leak is occurring. This leak appears to have occurred over a number of months so isn't urgent but needs fixing. We need someone to identify exactly where the leak is and quote for a fix - we're unsure who's the best person for the job? Thanks
