Can I remove pipes from the storage cupboard which have yellow stickers ''REDUNDANT PIPES'' on them? If so, who shall I call to do it? a plumber? Many thanks.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

i wouldn't remove any pipe without an expert testing or inspecting first, just to be on the safe side. if they do have water or gas in them and you remove ,could end up being a costly gamble. hope this helps

I would definitely get pipes checked by qualified professional first as like last comment it could cost you or even result in injury hope this helps

The chances are you live in an ex council/authority house. The best bet is to contact them and ask if they have been decommissioned. I have known them to be removed and are generally communal heating pipes. As suggested, get them checked professionally too.
