How to remove felt tiles from my summerhouse roof so that I can reuse them.

I have an octagonal summerhouse that needs repairs to the roof structure. The felt tiles are in good condition so ideally I would like to reuse them. They are stuck down with a stretchy gum which is difficult to detach. Is there a technique or product to do this. Thanks. Phil

Personally if they are glued you will struggle to save them

Try using some heat to prize them away from the glue

It will be very difficult to take them off without damaging them to be honest.
Probably best to plan on changing them for new

Try heat gun gently but it be a pain.
Better off getting new ones.
Buy the time & effort you try getting them off.
Probably work out cheeper but new 1”s
