How many Tradesmen does it take to remove a chimney breast??

I need a chimney breast removed. Should I hire one tradesmen for removal, one to rebuild the walls and one to plaster them? If not, what type of tradesman or company can do all three, please?

takes two/three men, any multi skilled trades men could do the job but still takes at least two men.
