Boiler makes a louind bang when the taps are turned on

Hi there I hope you can help. My boiler make a loud metallic sound/bang when I turn on the taps, either cold or hot water. There is not other issue. Water runs fine and hot water is hot. The loud bang just started 2 days ago. I changed a sink tap and for that I closed temporally the mains, not sure if worth to mention. Also the boiler is Vailant Ecotec. Thank you for your help!

water hammer loose or un clipped pipework,loose jumper in tap,fit a water hammer arrester.
