best insulations to use for floor to ceiling insulation and cost effective

I am turning my shed into a room. At current the floor is concrete walls are bricks and ceiling just normal as you can still see steel beams. what is a cheap and damp proof option for the floor, walls and ceiling in terms of insulation. looking for methods without having to hire plasterer or do any skimming work after. shed measurement for estimates. 3.4 metres long 1.3 metres wide

You want a layer of dpm down followed by 100mm celotex followed by caber flooring then breathable membrane on walls followed by 100mm celotex followed by dryling and as much loft roll insulation in the ceiling up to 300 mm then dry line the ceiling
