Kitchen needs DPC should l Removing small concrete kitchen floor as well

Buying an 1910 terrace, with no DPC in kitchen is 8'2x6'8 I'm ripping it all out its got a solid concrete floor that's tiled, survey said I could have problems with it in the future an don't like the tiles.What are my options I'm on a budget. Thanks in advance

You need to inject walls and maybe take a metre of plaster off Spray anti sulphate to exposed walls waterproof sand and cement render and skim coat plaster finish Leaving to dry before fitting kitchen units as for floor take up tiles clean floor
Apply 2 coats aqua seal coat up the wall 9 inches before plastering walls and retile floor

back in 1910 the quarry tiles acted as the damp coarse so if you remove them or they are damaged you will end up with damp coming up through the floor. The best practice if you want to remove the tiles is to dig the whole concrete floor up and insulate it and put a new membrane in and re concrete the floor
