how many bags of cement are needed for 500 brick wall

500/60 =8.33×0.03=0.2499/6=0.04166×1440=59.99/25= 3 bags+1 for waste= 4 bags

The general rule is 1kg of mortar (sand and cement) per brick, so 500kg of mortar on a 4:1 mix ratio would equate to 100kg of cement, so that’s 4 bags.

Yes 4 bags will be sufficient for 500 bricks, using a 10mm bedding course. Mix ratio 5 sand 1 cement. Kind regards Dale 3STONE BUILDERS

Depending on the strength off the wall if is under the grand is 3 sand one cement if is about the grand is 5 sand one cement in 1 jumbo building sand is 5 bags off cement about the grand
