If its 100mm wide then its 30no 3m long

100x50mm is under sized for a free floating floor layout

If the floor plan is 3 metres square @400 centres then
12 no 100x50 pcs.

Are you sure you want to know cubic metres? This would be 200 metres. Are you sure you need it to be 50 mm thick?
