Remedial masonry brick repair

Hi, recently completed on a 1920 semi that has had subsidence and was underpinned in 2000 through insurance by previous owner. The surveyor picked on the movement and a structural engineer report revealed no lintals were present above any of the openings on windows and suggested helical bars and lintals to strengthen structure. As it's my home for life, just wondering what's best way to remedy the situation. Is it better to rebuild gable wall or patch up brickwork as there is bowing present and bricks at front elevation look a little wonky. The stairs are 5cm skating onto gable wall, non of the doors in house close and windows although double glazed, once opened can't be shut smoothly. All the floors/timber feels slanted towards gable. Anyone advice as a starting point would be great - I have a copy of the structural engineer report.
